The McCourt Company, Boston Project Design Manager, 1999 to 2004 One of Boston's most influential private landowners then holding 24-acres valued at over $250 million, in the emerging Seaport District adjacent to the downtown financial district. The development plans focused on residential, mixed-use, re tail and civic/ cultural developments, entailing 15 separate projects with 9.5 m illions square feet of development potential valued at over $2.5 billion. * Managed the planning, design, and entitlements processes for McCourt's develop ment projects. Responsibilities included financial feasibility studies, due dil igence, programming, proposals, marketing, permitting, construction coordination and operations. * Initiated and managed consultant teams during the design process for all devel opment projects, including residential, hotel, office, retail, mixed-use and tra nsportation uses that ranged from 80,000 to 1,500,000 sf with budgets over $200 million. * Served as key contact for consultants in; Design/ Architecture, Visualization, Engineering, Traffic, Civil, Survey Engineering, Graphic Design and Marketing. * Represented the company in various roles at over 200 community meetings, publi c forums, political leadership briefings, design charettes, workshops, project u pdates and presentations while contributing to comments and feedback on projects going through the public review process. * Created and coordinated the design of a future 1 million sf, $180 million Conv ention Hotel project across the street from Boston's new $700 million Convention Center, with air rights over the Central Artery/ Tunnel project that included l ocating and constructing twenty foundation supports over the tunnel. * Served as lead designer of the $90 million Silver Line Courthouse Station for McCourt and administrator for the construction process.
