* Managed Emigrant Banks facilities, engineering, construction, property managem

* Provided management support for day to day operations within the Corporate Adm
inistrative Services department, including capital projects for all related enti

* Partnered with the finance and tax departments, evaluating real estate markets
and challenging assessed values with various tax authorities producing reoccurr
