* Migrated Tokyo sales office from locally sourced 10-year old CRM system to our
centrally managed and globally sanctioned CRM solution, Siebel, with zero defec
ts and no loss in operational time for 500 employees. Project was completed 6 mo
nths ahead of projections and $200K under budget.
* Enabled business expansion into new foreign markets by leveraging existing CRM
/ERP technologies and automating banned country/customer identification process
to comply with government regulations.
* Led $2M Content Management Solution Migration for a key business unit. Migrate
d system onto a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Model and handled all aspects of pr
oject from RFI/RFQ, vendor selection, financial approval through successful comp
letion of the project on-time and $1M under budget.
ENGINEERING APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Redesigned systems, processes, and led software engineering projects to increase
productivity and efficiency of Texas Instruments Strategic Business Units and l
