et. I consistantly reduced deadhead mileage, improved time management and mileag
e to improve company profit. Maintained spreadsheets on each drivers responsibil
ities and improved on problem areas for each driver. Cut costs of driver retent
ion, with an average of less than 100% driver turnover rate.
