Qualifications: For the past twenty nine years I have been actively involved in the practice of pharmacy from

retail, hospital, home care, and nursing home aspects. My progress ive advancement in my various positions has been due to my personal commitment t o patient care. Key Accomplishments: * Developed initial I.V. therapy program in a community hospital. Researched, o rdered and set-up I.V. room to JCAHO and Federal standards * Initiated program for nursing - I.V. Therapy team. Co-directed team with nur sing director. * Increased volume of infusion patients from twelve patients per month to fifty patients per month. Increased collections for infusion therapy from $30,000 per month to $150,000 per month. * Developed and facilitated physician, nursing, and pharmacy team concept with v arious joint venture partners. Developed extensive pain management policies, alo ng with standing orders for symptom control in Oncology and HIV+ patients. * Achieved initial JCAHO accreditation for Orem Medical. * Implemented I.V. services in three Sub-Acute homes and twelve skilled nursing facilities. . Employment History: BioScrip Specialty Pharmacy Pharmacist in Charge 8/06 to present * Opened new site for Bioscrip Specialty Pharmacy. Baltimore site first store to start image change of BioScrip. Older stores were operating in Older sections o f Major cities, in Gay Districts of the cities. Baltimore store opened in less a ttractive area of town, but one and one-half blocks away from University of Mary land. To refocus company on all major disease states, not just HIV. * Responsible for day to day functions of Specialty Pharmacy, filling prescripti ons, ordering, billing, patient teaching and follow-up on all disease state mana gement patients. * Became certified in MTM and certification 90 % finished for Immunization Thera py.
