. Dometic - One of the largest manufacturers of electric
appliances for RVs and Leisure Boats. Dometic's operating
performance deteriorated in 2008 leading to leverage covenant
breach. HL was hired to represent the mezzanine in restructuring
E1.2bn of debt (E1bn first lien, E80m second lien, E150m mezz).
My role: financial modelling, recoveries analysis, current and
over cycle valuation, client presentations
. Libra (ongoing) - 1.2bn whole loan (600m senior securitized
loan (Titan 2007-1 CMBS) and 600m junior loan) backing
acquisition of property investment company NHP. Borrower in
breach of Loan-to-Value ("LTV") covenant due to deterioration of
commercial property values. HL hired by the special servicer to
advise on restructuring 1.2bn loan. My role: build bottom up
model to analyze free cashflow under different restructuring
proposals, build financial restructuring model to calculate
recoveries under different proposals, client presentations
. Alburn - 200m loan (188m senior securitized loan (Rec 6 CMBS)
and 12m junior loan) backing acquisition of UK commercial
property portfolio. Borrower in breach of LTV covenant due to
deterioration of property values. HL hired by borrower to advise
on debt restructuring. My role: financial analysis, build bottom
up cashflow and financial restructuring model, client
. 20:20 - The largest distributor of mobile phones in the UK.
20:20 experienced declining EBITDA in 2007 resulting in breach
of its leverage covenant. HL was hired by 20:20 to negotiate
restructuring with lenders (225m first lien and 55m second
lien). My role: initial credit analysis, valuation and debt
capacity analysis, client presentations
. Ontex - The largest private label diaper manufacturer in Europe.
Ontex experienced declining EBITDA in 2006 leading to a leverage
covenant breach. HL hired to represent mezzanine lenders in
restructuring E750m debt (E530m first lien, E220m mezz). My
role: financial analysis, modelling recoveries under different
restructuring scenarios, client presentations
. Focus DIY - The third largest DIY retailer in UK. Focus DIY
experienced EBITDA deterioration in 2006 resulting in a breach
of its leverage covenant. HL hired to represent mezzanine
lenders in restructuring 280m debt (180m first lien and 100m
mezz). My role: valuation, debt capacity analysis, store by
store profitability analysis, client presentations
