Challenge: Assumed responsibility for Pre-owned department in a lower performing
Dealership within the No.1 pre-owned market in the nation as measured by Manufac
turer.
Solution: Immediately instituted process to acquire, recondition and merchandise
pre-
owned product and become totally engaged in the Manufacturer Certified Pre-Owned
Program. Worked closely with both Parts and Service Managers to insure a quick
turnaround of vehicles during the reconditioning process. Instituted process of
training and
motivating salespeople on the presentation of CPO/Used vehicles for maximum gros

PUVR and Customer Satisfaction. Instituted a mandatory 100% T.O. process as well
as a
daily follow up regimen with salespeople (in advance of CRM tool).
