Design Recognition:
Recruited and built design teams which were consistently recognized within the p
rofession for design awards given by Interior Design Magazine, IBD and AIA.
Nominated Building of the Year by local construction industry for design of mixe
d-use development project approximating 55,000 sq.ft. with hotel, condo, retail
and restaurant space in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
Organizational Revitalization:
Reorganized Interiors Studio, which lead to the conversion of the firms existing
departmental/ matrix management organization to a studio-based model for projec
t delivery.
Through leadership, right-sizing and team building transformed the Interior Arch
itecture Studio to profitability within one year after prior years of poor finan
cial performance.
Championed the design and implementation of firm-wide Professional Development a

rm encompassing Kentucky, Illinois and Arizona. Perform billing and accounting

administration. Perform design, project management, production and construction

agement. Recruited, evaluated performance and conducted salary negotiations of
28 staff members.
