Initiated the transition of converting the hard copy enrollment vision plan repo rts to an online reporting process so benefit representatives can have access to current enrollment data for their specific department. There are approximately 93 state agencies that utilize the online process. * Organized and conducted (6) Statewide Benefits Health Fairs held each year at various offsite locations during the state's annual benefits open enrollment for active state employees/retirees. * Served as the project lead for the annual Statewide Benefits Open Enrollment. Engaged ideas statewide to promote internal communications that resulted in the creation of the secure benefit representative website. * Developed the monthly benefits newsletter for statewide distribution via email and placement on various state websites.
