Managed graphic designers as well as client production coordinators in pre-press
production. Provided support for the sup-port staff in order to ensure accuracy
and quality in advertisements. Monitored and corrected technical problems with
sys-tems, pre-press, pagination and digital media group. Streamlined processes w
ithin teams in order to create a standardized work-flow that was consistent acro
ss all teams. Acted as a liaison between sales managers and support staff inform
ing them of new products, special needs, etc. Wrote annual performance appraisal
s as well as evaluated employees skill-levels and noted areas for improvement an
d assigned company based training accordingly.
