Grove Club Condominium * Scope: 36,200 S.F. 20 units low-rise luxury condominium. * Responsible for successfully adapting the projects original scope, 60 executiv e suites condo-hotel, to its new one, while keeping the facades that were approv ed by the citys board of architects.
