managed and developed a 43-person staff.
* Researched and collected $1.2M in tenant improvement monies on behalf of Micro
soft.
* Increased revenue at the Microsoft site from $180K to $3.5M in 3 years.
* Managed and directed the moving of 10,000 company individuals per year from 19
97 to 2000.
* Negotiated and established service level agreements with Johnson Controls.

Recruited to direct day-to-day operations for this firm providing auto brokerage
services to Southeast Alaska.
