and conference sales department with 115,000 sq. ft. banquet facility
in a 650-room 4-Diamond luxury resort.
* Additionally responsible for all catering and
conference sales in resort restaurants and off-property themed event

* Coordinated and supervised meetings and banquet
functions for 10 to 2,500 persons.
* Increased annual catering and conference services
revenues by 25%
* Directed expansion of wedding market. Achieved
an increase in number of weddings on property from 20 to in excess of
