Jennifer Stocker is a free-lance meeting planner with over two


decades of experience in the hotel industry and meetings & special
events management. She is well-respected for her attention to
detail, her ability to clearly and concisely communicate, her food &
beverage expertise, and her overall knowledge of the hotel and event
planning industries as a whole.

She has managed and planned single events and conferences ranging in
size from 40 persons to 6,000. Her clients have included Verizon
Wireless, Eli Lilly, Coca Cola, Amgen, Novo Nordisk, Honeywell
International, The United Nations, Computer Associates, and The
International Diabetes Federation.

Her early career began at Hilton Hotels Corporation as a Hotel


Management Trainee. There, she trained extensively at several of
the company's flagship properties, learning the intricacies of the
various divisions. Upon completing her initial training period,
she then embarked on an intensive Food & Beverage training program
that focused on Culinary, Restaurant, Beverage, Banquets, Catering,
Conference Services and Exhibit Hall Management.

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience from AAA four and


five-diamond hotels and resorts, as well as exclusive high-end
private clubs. She has worked for the Luxury Collection of Starwood
Hotels, Destination Hotels & Resorts, and both the Hotel and the
Resort divisions of Hilton Hotels Corporation.

A seasoned former Director of Convention Services, Jennifer has been


responsible for overseeing several of the largest hotel conference
facilities in two major U.S. markets. She has led Catering,
Conference Services and full-service Destination Management Services
teams.

In the year 2000, Jennifer received her certification as a Certified


Professional Catering Executive. She is currently pursuing her
certification as a Certified Meeting Professional.

She has taught Event Planning & Catering Management courses on a


collegiate level.

Jennifer is a graduate of Penn State University. She holds a


Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Institutional Management.
She also holds a minor in French and a minor in European Business &
Economic Systems from the Institut Universitaire de Technologie,
L'Universit de Nice, France. She speaks conversational French.
Today, Jennifer lives in the Dallas, Texas, USA.
