Privately owned, FDIC regulated bank with over $360 million in assets.
Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Lending 6/2008 to 3/2010
Directly accountable for new loan originations and mortgage banking
relations on a national level. Hands-on responsibility for promoting Bank's real
estate lending programs and developing productive business
relationships. Effectively generated attractive loan opportunities by
building customer relationships and promoting competitive advantages of the Bank
's programs. Played leading role in the review and presentation of detailed loan
proposals to executive management.
Accomplishments:
Strategically promoted Bank's lending programs to direct borrowers and
mortgage banking sources on a national basis. Efforts resulted in the
generation of over $1.4 billion in formal loan requests and an expanded
base of valued customers.
Initiated the Bank's fixed-rate lending program while introducing senior
management to lending on credit tenant lease transactions. Promotional
efforts resulted in over $45 million in loan applications for fixed rate
mortgage loans secured by properties leased to national credit tenants.
Streamlined loan approval procedures and improved internal team
relations between loan originations, legal, servicing, and underwriting.
Despite weak credit market conditions, presented over $500 million in
formal loan proposals to Bank's Investment Loan Committee.

Fortune 500, diversified financial services company with $113 billion in
assets and $9 billion in revenues. Fifth Third launched its Capital Markets Grou
p in early 2007. Due to the deterioration of the commercial mortgage backed secu
rities industry, the Capital Markets Group was closed in April of 2008.

securitization in the Chicago region and other key markets. Aggressively
promoted the Bank's Capital Markets program internally while marketing the
program externally to direct customers and mortgage bankers.
Accomplishments:
Expanded the Bank's customer base by promoting the new Capital Markets
program throughout the region's operating footprint to direct customers
and mortgage bankers. Efforts resulted in over $1 billion in formal loan
requests and over $350 million in formal loan applications.
Introduced Bank's commercial finance personnel to national real estate
investors having need for construction financing and alternative forms
of debt. Efforts resulted in my referral of over $100 million in
qualified business to bank lending units outside of Capital Markets.
Delivered high impact presentations to executive management regarding
the merits of commercial real estate securitized lending and the cross-
sell synergies to be created with other Bank operating groups. Selected
