RESEARCH METHODOLOGY: Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problem. In it we study the various steps that are generally adopted by a researcher in studying his research problem along with logic behind them. RESEARCH DESIGN The type of research carried out for this project is DESCRIPTIVE.

SAMPLING DESIGN Sampling design may be designed as the selection of some part of an aggregate or totality on the basis of which a judgment or inference about the aggregate or totality is made . It is clearly define the set of objects, technically called the universe to be studied. SAMPLE SIZE The sample size taken for this study is 30-60 (yet to decide).

This research mainly focuses on primary data.DATA COLLECTION Data is going to be collected from two sources namely. magazines. SWOT ANALYSIS STRENGTH : y Varied working tasks y Meeting new people y Working with all departments of a company WEAKNESS : y Heavy work load at times y Industry sensitive to economic trends . Secondary data are those. journals and other source. which are collected from earlier records from company files. DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENT The primary data needed for the study will be collected with the help of questionnaire.
