The National Bank of Rwanda (BNR) wishes to recruit candidates to various positions as follows:

I.

IT Officers (6 positions) To fill the following post in ICT Department
1. Network Administrator 2. Security Administrator 3. System Administrator 4. Database Administrator 5. Developer 6. Project Officer 7. Business System Analysis Academic and professional qualification  Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in the following fields : Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, Information Technology application in Management, Information and Communication Technology.

 Maximum 30 years of age.

Estate Management (1 position) A. Users training B. Help desk 2. . Academic and professional qualification   A least advanced diploma (A1) in Electronic or Electronic and Telecommunication. III. Tasks 1. Data center management 3. Maximum 30 years of age. Trouble shooting and reparation of users IT equipment 5. UPS maintenance and installation B. IT Technician (User Support) ( 3 positions) A. Installation of Users computers 4. IV. To arrange a prompt and effective response to all compliance related defects or issues on goods or services supplied. To adhere to the maintenance schedule. Inventory of users IT equipment 6. IT Technician (Maintenance) (1position) A. Academic and professional qualification  At least advanced diploma ( A1) in Computer science or Information Technology  Maximum 30 years of age. To assist in the supervision and administration of suppliers and contractors as required. IT equipment maintenance and installation 2. To assist to monitor if the plumbing system in kitchens and washrooms and related areas are in working order. Duties and responsibilities:      To assist in the development of planned maintenance processes and programmes. User Support 3.II. Tasks 1. Senior Officer.

Maintenance of machines (1 position) A.    To implement quality assurance processes across the range of goods and services supplied. Construction Engineering. To ensure that the electrical power supply is in good working order. To intervene in other maintenance works when instructed by supervisors. Duties and responsibilities         To participate in development of planned electro mechanical maintenance processes and programmes. Maximum 40 years of age. C. Assistant Officer. Academic and professional qualification     At least BSc in Civil Engineering. B. To assist in comprehensive advice on electronics and electromechanical maintenance issues. Masters Degree is an added advantage At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of assets and estate management . To implement quality assurance processes. working knowledge of French language is an added advantage. To assist in effective response to compliance related to defects or issues on electronics and electromechanical equipments supplied. . To liaise with approved external technicians as may be required to rectify Bank’s equipments malfunctions. Skills and Competencies    Organizational and leadership skills Decision making skills Skilled project management V. To undertake basic repairs of Bank’s machines. Should be fluent in English. To participate in the elaboration of technical specifications of electronics and electromechanical equipments to be bought. To participate in condition surveys and assist in developing planned maintenance schedules and programmes. To adhere to the maintenance schedule.
