years. During my career with the health dept., I attended annual updates and tr

During the interim between my employment as an IAP Team leader and as a Public H

alth, which was purchased by another Home Health Company and shortly thereafter
became Samaritan Home Health, which is now the home health operated by Clinton R
egional Hospital.
