ice staff. Closely manage financial results through cost controls and accurate p
rojections of business and labor needs.
Selected accomplishments:
Achieved substantial improvement in independent operations audit scores, which r
ose to the high 90s from the low 80s. Evaluations included quality, service, mai
ntenance and other factors.
