Student Intern 2003 - 2011 Library & Information Technology, Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA  Work as part of the Technology Support Desk team to assist faculty, staff, and students with technological issues.  Train individuals to use popular software packages including the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Apple iMovie.  Write and edit solutions to technology-related questions for the University’s knowledgebase.  Create, edit, and update web pages on the University’s website using Ingeniux® content management system. ACTIVITIES Common Ground Fall Break Retreat (Facilitator, 2010) 2009 – 2010 Three day retreat focusing on issues surrounding race and ethnicity, gender, and sexual identity. Facilitating the retreat offered an opportunity to moderate sensitive discussions and respond to tense scenarios. Muslim Students’ Association (President, 2003 – 2008) 2009 – 2011 Created interfaith service projects to promote interreligious understanding and led the introduction of outreach initiatives to offer learning opportunities for members of the Association and the community.
