Chocolate Chip Muffin 4902 7 Cups WW pastry flour 4 tsp. Baking powder 2 tsp. Baking soda 1 tsp.

Nutmeg 1 Cup butter 1 ½ cup honey 1 ½ cup milk 4 eggs 1 T vanilla extract 1 lemon juiced and peeled for rind zest. 4 oz. Orange juice concentrate 4 cups chocolate chips 3 cups chopped pecans. Mix dry ingredients. In separate bowl cream butter and honey. Beat in eggs and rest of wet ingredients. Mix dry into wet bowl until incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Use 2 green scoops per muffin in a greased and lined muffin pan. Bake at 275 for 25 minutes until done, being firm yet springy.
