CURRIED MINT TABOULI Plu# 8c. bulgar wheat, cooked 4 c. grated carrot 2 2 bunch parsley, chopped 8 c. tomatoes, diced 2 c.

sunflower /pumpkin seed mix (toasted) 2 c. frozen, thawed corn 1 2 c. fresh mint, chopped Sauce: 1/2 c. minced garlic 1 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. lime juice 1/4 c. sesame oil 1/3 c. tamari 1/3 c. water 1/4 c. curry powder 2 C. Olive oil Cook bulgar in steamer. Spread on pan. Sprinkle with 1t. salt. Cool in walk in. Mix sauce ingredients in large bowl or plastic prep tub. Add bulgar and veggies. Toss well and let sit for at least 2 hour before portioning. Taste. Adjust accordingly.
