Ponzu Vinaigrette

Plu# 4456 Ingredients: 5 C Rice Vinegar 10 C Tamari 2 C Gound Ginger 4 C Chopped Scallions 2 2 C Lemon Juice 6 C Fructose 5 C Water 2 C Minced Garlic 2 C+2T Arrowroot 1C Water Combine all ingredients, excluding arrowroot and last portion of water, into a large pot. Bring sauce to a low simmer and allow to cook for 5 minutes. In another bowl combine arrowroot and water, mixing until smooth. Slowly drizzle arrowroot mixture into simmering sauce. Cook for 5 minutes longer. Strain and allow to cool before storing.
