BEAN AND BARLEY SOUPRISE

1/2 gal 7 bean and barley mix 3 C. celery 2 C. carrots 4 C. onions 1/4 C. garlic 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast 1 1/2 Tbsp basil 1 1/2 Tbsp oregano 6 Tbsp rubber chicken 3 Tbsp fresh parsley or dill 1 Tbsp salt 1 Tbsp black pepper 1 # 10 can diced tomatoes

Saute celery, onions, and garlic until tranlucent. Add carrots and bn/barley mix. Cover with water, add seasonings. Cook for approx. 2 hours.
