Senior Manufacturing Engineer 1994 -1999 * Automation and process support for dialyzer plant manufacturing 150,000 units/ month. Lead Project Engineer in the design and integration of new generation 2M2 Dialyzer into existing production processes. The resulting retrofit and integra tion brought this product from a manually built product and automated it with a $2.00/unit cost savings resulting in monthly savings upwards of $40,000/mth.
