Led, as the production manager, an 8 employee organization responsible for recru iting professionals over an 87,000 square mile territory. This organization went from last place to first place out of 11 other organizations by achieving 300% of goal in the first 10 months. Supervised 30 recruiting personnel in a company with 5 outlying offices encompas sing 20,000 square miles. Responsible for insuring the recruiting teams success ful contacting and hiring 120-130 individuals per month. This resulted in meeti ng organizational goals at an 85% rate which was one of the highest in the regio n. Supervised, as the Master Trainer for a recruiting organization, 5 individual co mpany trainers, requiring them to train according to standard. Trained each one individually and then oversaw the implementation of set programs. This had a d irect positive impact on the overall success of the organization. Developed training guidance based on identified training needs within a 156 pers on organization. Tracked sales productivity to identify sales problems, analyze d sales systems and established training programs to overcome shortfalls. This resulted to an overall increase of 45% in recruitment over a 12 month time perio d. Implemented new sales/recruiting program covering a 1,050,000 square mile area. Selected from entire nation to be the sole prototype. Exceeded all objectives and expectations during the one year test period, resulting in its implementatio n throughout the entire national organization.
