Old Australian pennies were discovered at the entrance to the site before commencement of construction. Combined with the love of plants & fauna by the owners came the subsequent name “Penny Garden” Roger Patten has been a chef for 46years and started Penny Garden with his wife Pam & daughter Jasmine
Chef Earl Mashmett has 15years experience in bars & restaurants in Perth and has created another menu to bring you back for more! All cakes, salad dressings, sauces & marinades are made right here on the premises Corkage is charged at $4.00 per bottle (wine & champagne only) Cakeage is charged at $2.50 per person

Bright purple red in colour, with sweet ripe plum & berry fruit aromas, with a hint of vanillin oak. The palate is filled with big, rich, up front fruit flavours. Quite full, with some grippy savoury tannins. It has a long sweet chewy finish. It is in no way ripe or porty, however a wonderfully potent & flavoursome wine.
