My background reflects my highly successful executive-level
experience in the construction industry and shows my ability to
navigate residential and land development objectives. As an award-
winning leadership professional, I have been integrally involved in
various associations and committees. Throughout my career I have also
left a footprint of success in the areas of cost management,
coordinating zoning transitions, building business activity through
key relationships, and directing high dollar projects.
Most recently I have been serving as Vice President of William
Fannin Builders, Inc. where I oversee all business development and
construction project management operations, hold full oversight of a
$5 million budget, maintain profitable client relationships,
collaborate with suppliers, financial institutions, and government
agencies, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to
code. While in the role I have also received numerous awards
including Builder of the Year and Business First 40 Under 40 among
others. Specific contributions I have made there include the

* Recipient of several awards including 2002 Baldy Esper Jones
Award - Top Membership Recruitment (2002 and 2001); 300 - Penny Spike
Award - Membership Recruitment (Top 5 all time membership recruiter
locally).
- Elected President of OHBA (Ohio Home Builders Association) in
2005 and President of BIA Central Ohio in 1994; appointed to 2002-
2003 Ohio Department of Commerce Residential Construction Advisory
Committee, Co-Chair of OHBA Building Codes Committee, BIA Board of
Trustees ( appointed as past President 2000 and 2002)...
* Lowered operating costs through annual budget review, strategic
vendor negotiations, and staff reductions.
* Coordinated up-zoning property from agriculture to residential
and from residential use to multi-family land use.
* Facilitated business activity through success collaborating with
local, state and federal regulatory agencies in addition to use of
comprehensive background in code compliance as well as energy code
and crafting of residential code.
* Notable transactions negotiated include $10 million deals (sales
negotiations and direct sales) with customers buying custom homes.
Project Achievements
Sponsored 2003 BIA Parade of Homes (valued at $4 million):
Development included 115 lots (houses ranging from 3,000 square feet
to 6,000 square feet), included 21 builders, and 50,000 attendees in
17 days.
* First time company awarded BIA Parade of Homes.
* Competed against 3 alternative sites and successfully secured
commitment of BIA.
* Overcame significant hurdles associated with period of high
growth and development.
Full Scale Renovation of Historic Property in Old Arlington:
Orchestrated $1 million+ project comprising complete tear out and
addition (requiring extremely high quality craftsmanship).
Served as buyer and seller real estate agent for several repeat
clients: Notable sale coordinated includes 5 bedroom, 3 bath house in
specific school district for low $200,000.
