To find the second end of yarn B, fish around inside the ball and pull out the small central clump of yarn. The second end will be somewhere in there. You may find that when using this inner end and the outer end together, the two strands of yarn twist rather horribly, making it awkward to knit. If so, you can wind a new ball made from both ends of the yarn and then knit with that.
