Hi All,
The cost: As of today (6/9/11) – I haven’t got a clue. It all depends on how many people go and how many houses we rent. If/when I find out I will let people know. I am waiting on a call from the Lords Land and from folks who haven’t given me their head count as of yet. Mark your calendars – the days of the reunion are: Wednesday, July 6th – Sunday, July 10th (we leave this morning) Fellowship Night will either be on Friday or Saturday night. We will have an early dinner so clean up can be quick. This will allow the fellowship to take place at an earlier time as to not go too late because of the little ones who need to be in bed a littler earlier. * Because some of us will be in different “homes” for the stay…plan on keeping your

breakfast stuff in your house. If you have older kids – plan on leaving breakfast food in the Big House (older boys and older girls). 
 
 
 
 


Who’s da Crew?
We will have to choose crews when we get to the Lords Land

Any “Add-no” Crew members Will be appointed to a crew by the Chief Inspector (grandma)
Each “crew” will be in charge of cleaning up after dinner. See “What’s on the Menu” page 2. Crew leaders will be responsible to get their team together and get the clean up done. (No camp-fires, games, crafts, dessert, etc… until the kitchen is clean).
