Transformation program is delivered to candidates junior engineers of 0-5 years of experience. 1. We focus on converting the entry level implementers to engineers. Trained engineers become billable to handle medium and high complexity projects in 60 days. The training costs can be recovered in the first month of billing. 2. We build teams through rigorous and relevant training. In order to deliver these teams on time, we take your resource requirement projection 60 days in advance and train them. 3. Ours is a team building program and it is based on transformation process. To customize the process for you, we use your HR and delivery teams requirements and your existing employee profile. Your active participation is required for 2 days to integrate your inputs to the process.
