Lifesteal in general is not really bad. Rejected Equipment Why would a sniper need something that looks like a green excrement? Seriously. And you can gank because of the Silence. And you push. Your health points are too low for this. So it is a good item? Not really. It's better to get physical dps items and attack speed because they will make you (combined with Take Aim and Headshot) a hard carry. Firstly you aren't a ricer. which results in many lasthits.
