The fundamental purpose has this article is to determine the most appropriate type of leadership to be exercised by managers or directors, in carrying out their functions within an organization, which leads to efficient and effective management of the organization is headed. How to plan how they will achieve their goals to carry out a good control of time and good time management with a clear understanding of where you want to go, hence arises the importance of addressing a vision, mission, goals and recognize their weaknesses and its real strengths. Among the characteristics of a true leader is the ability to envision the future and propose clear actions to combat the future, and achieving goals that benefit their team. Leaders learn to earn the respect of his colleagues thanks to his charisma, which is more important to have the power that gives a manager due to its normal position. This article is very important because it illustrates the view about the leadership styles that can handle a good leader to reach their goals through teamwork and good communication and a good leader is always surrounded by a group of people who follow him, working for a common benefit and have a management priorities, which are identified based on knowledge of what is important and what is urgent effective time management.
