Tema Practica de Antrenorat
1. Prezentaţi şi descrieţi probele specifice pentru promovarea sportivilor din grupă de nivel începători în grupă de nivel avansaţi (ramură de sport la alegere). Judo este un sport care prin calităţile psiho-motrice şi somatice pe care le dezvoltă contribuie la formarea personalităţii celui pe care îl practică. In judo sunt 6 categorii de clasificare sportive, reprezentand gradul de pregatire ( numit KYU ): centura alba, galbena, portocalie, verde, albastra, maron, neagra. Fiecare purtator al uneia din aceste century va trebui sa cunoasca executarea la perfectie a procedeelor tehnice prevazute in codul de clasificare. Elemente cerute pentru proba de avansare de la nivelul grupei de incepatori la avansati : Centura alba (Kyu 6) cuprinde urmatoarele procedee tehnice, pozitii si deplasari: mai intai va trebui sa invatati salutul (Ritsurei), care in judo este considerat o forma de respect manifestat fata de profesor, partener si, in cazul competitiilor, fata de juriu si public.
