As the days become warmer, it is important to take precautions to avoid heat-related illnesses,
which occur when the body is unable to cool itself efficiently after exposure to heat stress.

Most heat-related illnesses can be avoided if the people involved understand the hazards
associated with working in hot environments and take the necessary precautions against heat
stress-related episodes.
