IM45571 SD51587 ( SM : mdrashid@singtel.com Customer reported circuit to be out of service on 19 April 2011 at 05:57SGT.

SingTel Network Engineer promptly checked through the Network Infrastructure lin k and the status of the circuit. SingTel Network Engineer tested the circuit and detected link was down. Thus Fie ld Engineer was arranged to site for further investigation. Customer was contacted to update as SingTel Network Engineer findings. Field Engineer arrived customer's premises and he carried out fault isolation te st. After several testings were done, there was no fault found on the link. The ciru it was up confirmed by customer Gui Tang. SingTel Field Engineer monitored the link perfomance about one hour and found it was working stable. During the monitoring period, there was no errors detected.

Conclusion : SingTel's investigations showed that the link was running clean dur ing tested the link. There was no fault found on link.

IM43662 SD49062 ( SM : jaytan@singtel.com Customer reported circuit to be down on 15 April 2011 at 01:36SGT. SingTel Network Engineer promptly checked through the Network Infrastructure lin k and the status of the circuit. SingTel Network Engineer tested the circuit and the result was no good. Network Engineer escalated the matter Overseas Service Provider for their investigation. Overseas Service Porvider informed that the link was down due to the node equipm ent failure at Symphony s node. The circuit was observed back in service after the device was replaced by Overse a Network Engineer team. Conclusion : Overseas Service Proveder investigations showed that the link was d own due to the node equipment failure. The link was tested good and back to normal after the problem was rectified by O versea Network Engineer team.

SingTel Network Engineer promptly checked through the Network Infrastructure lin k and the status of the circuit. SingTel Network Engineer tested the circuit and the result was no good. Network Engineer escalated the matter Overseas Service Provider for their investigation. Customer was contacted to update as SingTel Network Eng ineer findings. Overseas Service Porvider informed that the link was down due to their PE router issue. The cause was escalated to their vendor for emergency handling. The circuit was observed back in service after LSP's vendor reconfigured the rou ter. Conclusion : Overseas Service Proveder investigations showed that the link was d own due to router issue. The link was tested good and back to normal after the problem was rectified by L SP's vendor.
