Professional Experience
● Adroit with the concept of inspection on installation of Ex-equipments (Exd, Exe, Exi
etc.) and associated accessories in potentially explosive hazardous atmosphere
(IEC60079 – 14 & 17).

Acceptance Tests (SAT) and approving check sheet of various components of Integrated

Purchase Orders (PO), Inspection Test Plans, Inspection Assignment Packages, Quality
Procedures, Work Instructions, Method Statements & Inspection Reports 
 ● Accountable for witnessing Calibration, Installation, Loop Checking & Functional Tests of
Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level instruments, Analyzers, Control / On-Off Valves, Fire
& Gas Instruments, etc.
● Oversaw the installation & testing of Electrical / Pneumatic Hook-Ups: Cable Routing,
Laying, Segregation, Sealing, Termination & Grounding Insulation Resistance &
Continuity tests, OTDR Tests (FOC)
● Installation inspection of impulse tube, airline pneumatic air header as per hook-up and
AFC Drawing & Inspection of pressure testing /leak test of all pneumatic lines, impulse
lines.
● Steered efforts in reviewing Mechanical Completion Dossiers, As-built drawings and
Instrument Loop test Packages.
● Efficiently issued Non Conformance & Site Inspection Report s for non-compliance
activities against the approved quality procedures, inspection test plans, codes &
standards and closed out on satisfactory corrective / preventive actions
● Holds the credit of representing the company in final walkthrough, Generation of Punch
lists, expedite timely close out as per A, B and C categories.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

● Responsible for all field inspection of Cable trench ,Cable tray, cable pulling, glanding
and termination ,Instrument installation, Tubing for instruments.
● Responsible for all field inspection of FOC , PAGA SYSTEMS, FIRE AND GAS instruments
● Raising and inspecting IN’s according to construction activities for the completion of the
work.
● Responsible for the preparation of all inspection test report prior for the acceptance of
the client. 
● Review of all instrument accepted documents such as Instrument data sheet, vendor
drawings, Instrument and Piping diagram with latest revisions, quality control inspection
report documents signed by QC inspector and Owner representatives.
 ● Responsible for punch list clearing to ensure that the installation of instruments are
complete and accepted by the client.  

Sadara Chemical company

Project : Sadara Isocynates Plant Project

Designation : QC INSPECTOR INSTRUMENTATION
Duration : February 2014 to April 2016

Duties & Responsibilities: 

● Responsible for all field quality verification and inspection activities according to method
of statement, inspection and test plans such as cable pulling and termination of
Instrument cables, installation of cable tray, installation of field mounted Instrument,
witness calibration check of Instrument to higher accuracy and standards for process
control measurement in petrochemical plant, etc.
● Inspection test plans, Quality Procedures, work instructions,method statements &
Inspection reports
● Responsible for the preparation of all inspection report prior for the acceptance of the
client. 
● Review of all instrument accepted documents such as Instrument data sheet, vendor
drawings, Instrument and Piping diagram with latest revisions, quality control inspection
report documents signed by QC inspector and Owner representatives.

Designation: Instrumentation QC engineer

Duties & Responsibilities: 

 Review the instrument design documents (P&ID, ILD, HOOK-UP and INSTRUMENT
LAYOUT DRAWINGS).
 Directed preparation of and reviews/approves forecasts for manpower, materials and
supplies required, order tools, supplies and supporting service and initiates action
to assure stocks are maintained at minimum adequate levels.
 Responsible for the preparation of all inspection report prior for the acceptance of the
client.
  Responsible for punch list clearing to ensure that the installation of instruments are
complete and accepted by the client.

Airon Technical Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Main contractor: BPCL Duration: July 2013 to January 2014 Designation: Site Engineer.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

● As a part of our AMC worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Uran,
Mumbai. Managing Erection and Commissioning of process control equipment’s to
ensure smooth operations Coordinated detailed instrumentation design, material
procurement, construction and startup.
● Directed preparation of and reviews/approves forecasts for manpower, materials and
supplies required, order tools, supplies and supporting service and initiates action
to assure stocks are maintained at minimum adequate levels .
● Inspection, Calibration, Troubleshooting, Termination and Loop Checking of
Transmitters, Switches, Controllers and VFD’S.

Main contractor: BPCL KOCHI REFINERY Duration: June 2011 to June 2013
Designation: Instrumentation engineer

Duties & Responsibilities: 

● To prepare the WORK PERMIT need for the suitable work location, manage the workers
and control them to attain the goal of the job.
● Done the work as per the HSE standard provided by the company.
● Calibrated Temperature, Pressure, flow and level transmitters 
Maintained I/P converters, Timers, pressure switches and regulators instrumentation. 
Performed installation and collaborated with engineers. 
● Comprehended the operation and resolved operational issues in control valves.
● Handled HART, SFC, Multy loop calibrator, Druck Calibrator, Dead weight Tester,
