Mr. Niemans is a ICT professional with a long track record and a international focus. His career started at Philips, Eindhoven, after studying Electronics. His career can be divided in three parts: education as a DBA at Philips and involvement with national sized projects (1970-1979), product developer in the area of logistics and warehousing (1980-2001), project director of innovative solutions using ICT (1998-2008). His experience is drawn by working within top-100 companies and government, though independently. Mr. Niemans is seeking international involvement in innovative projects. 2006-PRESENT TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT E-HEALTH , ROTTERDAM (SELF EMPLOYED) Technical consultancy for a first prototype of Oracle HTB in a regional setting. Design of the overall architecture for a RHIO for the next three years. The architecture is using IHE profiles , HL7 and edifact messaging, and interfaces with domotica based on SODA. The architecture is using a XML native repository that can be extended with Records Management functionalities. Involvement in the first actual deployment in the Netherlands of IHE-XDS(-I).. Introduction of Tolven Health as a PHR and CHR system. The system supports CCR. Special focus on the 4 As: authentication, authorization, access, audit.

2004-2006

DIRECTOR "SOLUTIONS ONLY" ICT CONSULTANCY , ARNHEM , ROTTERDAM , BONN A framework and design-pattern which consumes software applications solely written in XML, whether specifying parameters to a prototyped module, whether a self contained module using distributed web services.
