SUMMARY
In this project there is information and research done in an organization named as STATE BANK OF INDIA in this project marketing of various loan products of SBI in the organization is being shown. In the growing global competition, the productivity of any business concern depends upon the behavioral aspect of consumers .this topic deal with the customer perception toward loan products of SBI. This project is made after a long process of research in which the research in which loan products are preferred

by the customers and their comparison with similar loan products offered by other competitive firms . To sum up their has been sustained efforts and dedication to make this study a comprehensive market study but at the same time the researcher is open to any kind of valuable suggestion that further needs to be considered in respect of the cause of this work .

CHAPTER -1
RESEARCH DESIGN RATIONAL OF PROJECT
A study has been conducted in order to understand the marketing strategies of various loan products of SBI . the researcher strongly believe that the study would be helpful to

state bank of India in knowing about the customers interest in different loan products of SBI and their perception towards similar loan products of other companies . Thereby helping them in improving the loan products and their procedures and policies in future.
