Home health attendant was escorted to apartment of her client to collect some belongings as client is in the hospital. Attendant was escorted without incident and residence was secured. Victim requested unwanted guest be escorted from his apartment. Upon arrival guest had left the apartment. Reporter requested escort to residence to retrieve a piece of furniture. Due to size and time of day (middle of the night) it was advised to come back during the daytime. Both parties agreed.

Reporter advised of a suspicious male at location. When reporter approached male he left the area. Search was conducted following a description of the male island wide with negative results. Officers responded to location for a report of youths with weapons. Upon arrival there were four youths playing with toy space guns. A wheelchair bound passenger and her attendant were entering the tram paying only one fare. An investigation was conducted and concluded that the attendant did not have to pay per the MTA rules and regulations. Female victim reported she was in the elevator with four male youths who were forcibly touching her. Subjects were identified and taken into custody, but were released by NYPD for insufficient evidence. Youths released to their parents/guardians. Reporter made a complaint with regard to bikers utilizing the walkway of the bridge. Reporter advised unknown male urinated in front of location. Reporter cleaned up the area. Search for subjects yielded negative results. Victim advised unknown male was following her calling her names. Search of area for subject yielded negative results. Reporter advised of young males congregating at location. R/O arrived on scene and escorted males out of the area. Reporter advised of suspicious looking male. Parent was notified and advised minors require adult supervision. Two males observed at location tampering with the gate. Upon investigation the males were construction workers who were locked in. They had unscrewed the gate and were screwing it back in. Management notified. Reporter advised of smell of illegal substance. Upon arrival smell was not present. Search of area yielded negative results. Two males observed leaving location. Upon investigation both males were given permission by the contractor to obtain some supplies. Authorization was verified via cell phone. Loud noise heard at location coming from the air conditioning unit. Management notified. Two individuals observed at location. Individuals provided identification and stated they were part of the construction team. Authorization verified. R/O observed NYPD Officers on the scene for a report of a man arguing with another man with a knife. The NYPD Officer stated it was not necessary to remain on the scene. Victim advised male subject took $4 from him. Subject was approached but stated victim game him the money. Subject returned the money without further incident.

Female friend of victim identified nine of the males. Victim refused to press charges. EMS on scene.
