Manny letters to Sheehan

Daniel Sheehan is Elizondo's attorney who also filed the complaint to the Pentagon IG on his behalf.
Here are letters from Dame Lackaff ("Manny") and his girlfriend, who wishes to keep her name
anonymous to limit further alleged doxxing and harassment.

Dear Mr Sheehan,

My name is Dame Lackaff and I run the Youtube channel called Area 503.

In late January of this year, I released a documentary titled "Who's Lue?"

In the film I detail countless inconsistencies in your client's "AATIP/UFO story" that were found in
the public records located on the internet.

Within 72 hours of the film's release Mr. Elizondo appeared on Thomas Fesslers "Disclosure Tonight"
program, visibly disturbed, and appeared to incite his fans into attacking me on his behalf.

Furthermore one Robert Heatherly (Tom Fesslers producer) then went on a months long social media
doxing/defamation attack on myself, my girlfriend and many of Lue's other vocal critics. Mr Heatherly
appears to have made it his personal mission to "white knight" for your client, and has publicly
admitted doing so with Lue's knowledge while Mr. Elizondo has never publicly admonished such
behavior.

Mr. Elizondo was made fully aware of these attacks made in his name, and chose to ignore the
situation, standing idly by while allowing others to do his dirty work of defaming his critics, all the
while giving Lue the flimsiest plausible deniability.

Shortly thereafter Tom Fessler, To The Stars Academy, and History Channel colluded to "Crowd
strike" my channel in an attempt to keep my opinions suppressed.

I am assuming that a man of your impeccable reputation and character would never condone such
unethical, amoral and possibly illegal actions, and as such has been kept in the dark or manipulated by
his client.

I implore you to investigate these claims and ,when proven to be true, to consider distancing yourself
from such an unsavory character whose actions have become known to the public.

If you wish to speak further on the matter, I will gladly answer any questions you may have.

Letter to Sheehan from Lackoff's girlfriend, who wishes to remain anonymous.

To whom it may concern,

 

On February 1st (2022) Luis Elizondo appeared on a live show hosted by Thomas
Fesller and Cohosted by Rob Heatherly, in vague and roundabout ways Luis
Elizondo responded to the documentary (Who's Lue) that had been released about
him 72 hours prior. While Lue himself was very careful about what he said, the
Host and Cohost were less delicate and spoke of "Justice for Lue", "Going on an
Offensive", "Pushing back on anyone saying anything bad about Lue", "Fighting for
Lue because Lue's hands were tied", "Bringing out information on the people who
brought out information on him", and so on and so forth (All of which I have saved
video of). After filing copyright strikes against the documentary on youtube (that
were disputed and won eventually) Thomas Fessler obtained my name and the
same day began releasing it on the internet. Multiple accounts on youtube were
made using my real name (which is intentionally difficult to find by average means)
and began showing up in live stream chats. It is my belief that Thomas Fessler
obtained my name by possibly illegal means and then dispersed that information to
others for malicious intent as well as the public, subsequently using my information
to obtain my significant other's (the producer of "Who's Lue") information and then
Thomas and Rob released that to others for malicious intent and the public as well.
 

My real name was used to impersonate me on youtube spreading doxxes and

slander and defamation in multiple channel's live chats. My name was posted on
twitter by both Thomas Fessler and Rob Heatherly and thereby provided to a
person (who previously tracked down my employer's name and had been posting it
and harassing us both) with my real name which this person changed their own
account to in order to further doxx and impersonate me. All of this was rather
openly done in support of Luis Elizondo and in direct retaliation for the release of
the critical documentary. I have no intention of pursuing legal action at this point in
time against anyone, but I absolutely do believe that should I choose to do so I
have ample documentation to prove a number of things. (1) I had a reasonable
expectation of privacy and had gone through measures to protect my identity and
not make it readily available previously on the internet. (2) Thomas Fessler and
Rob Heatherly released my private information publicly on the internet with
malicious intention. (3) They did so in direct "Support of Luis Elizondo" and in
retaliation for the release of the documentary "Who's Lue". (4) I could potentially

have suffered damages or physical harm due to them making information about me
public. 
 

The last thing I would like to note is that I did attempt to directly and publicly make
the doxxing in his honor known to Mr. Elizondo and appealed to him to denounce
such actions by his supporters and request that his fans and followers not engage
in these activities any further. My efforts went unacknowledged by Elizondo and he
proceeded to appear on Thomas Fessler and Rob Heatherly's show the next day,
thanking them for all of their support. 
 
I have thorough documentation and evidence to support everything I've said here. I
have yet to make most of it public as I am still trying to minimize the damage done
and not further incite Lue's supporters to further doxx and harass me. It is my hope
that someday Elizondo will apologize for what people have done to his critics "In
his name" and ask them to not participate in these harmful and potentially illegal
activities, but it seems this does not concern him and is not on his agenda.
