MANAGEMENT SEMINARS Mid-June onwards proved hectic for the CIM Training Department which worked at frenetic pace as seminars for Grass root leaders were held on 13 th & 14 th at Ranchi, 15 th & 16 th at Jamshedpur, 14 th to 17 th at Chennai and on 15 th June at Ooty. Most of the seminars in June were held for grass root leaders. We praise God for the opportunity to serve them and thank these leaders for their commitment to learn and grow. Resource persons: Joshua Jesudason (Haggai Institute), J S Anbu (CIM), S.D. Jeyakumar (CIM) & Varghese Jacob (CIM). Many participants felt the need for such programs and were keen to take this program to other places. We could witness firsthand the importance and impacts of such programs as 100 leaders were trained in June itself. We saw the Lords hand on our work. Upcoming seminar

and in Chennai on 25 th for a one day review program for ECI Pastors at Chennai.

CHRISTIAN MANAGER The April May issue on the new FCR Act 2010 evoked positive responses from the readers as several of them are concerned about the implications of the Act for their own ministries. Extra copies have been printed for those interested in bulk purchases, who wish to distribute to stake holders within their ministry circles. Following along similar lines, the next issue will carry an important article on FCRA 2010 implications for international donors as the new Act will have a direct bearing on them too. The article will be part of the Donor Relations cover story for the next issue.
