Making the polymer clay charms:
Prepare the polymer day. Plan your design by drawing the outlines of your polymer shapes and colouring them with . coloured pencils or markers. We used bright pink. orange, ' yellow and bright green. Once you have your chosen colours of clay, break 3, piece of polymer clay from the block and warm it in your (very clean) hands by playing with it. Once nice and supple, roll it through a pasta machine to about I mm thickness. If you don't have a pasta machine use two stacks of playing cards (four cards high) on each side of the piece of clay and roll it out with a clean piece of plastic conduit pipe. To texture the clay. press rubber craft stamps in to clay or roll texture sheets on to clay.

Sprinkle your stamp or texture sheet with a bit of water before rolling for effortless removal from the clay, Use wax paper or teflon sheets on either side of clay when rolling, it is easy to remove the day from the sheets and keeps other bits of grime getting stuck in your clay. Repeat for all colours. Now bake your strips in the oven to the clay manufacturer's instructions. Let it cool.
