I am the Chief Executive Officer, Orvner, and Operator, of CSI Consulting and lnvestigations LLC, a consulting and private investigative firm registered with the Secretary of State of Colorado as a Limited Liability Company pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado, The compny was fbrmed in the State of Colorado on January 2,2009 and is in good standing with the Secretary of Stale of Colorado. Colorado does not have any licensing requirements or provisions for private investigators.

I am a retired Senior Deportation Oflicer of the United States Department of l{omeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (lCE), having retired after 25 plus vears of credible federal service, on August 30, 2008. (See Exhibit "A", attached)

The States in rvhich I've testified as an expert rr'itness include Colorado, New York, Arizona. Florida. Netrraska. I have also been endorsed as an expert witness relating kl th€ aforementioned areas in Califirrnia, Massachusetts, and F'lorida.

7 From my personal experience having dealt with the veril'ication of social securit! numbers being used by illegal aliens in violation nf la'.v, when there is a need for verification of the legitimacy of a Social Security number, certain information can be, and is routinely, obtained from the Social Securiry administration on questionable social security numbers that is permitted to be released under the Privacv Act. This infbrmation is of non identifiing nature and includes. but is not limited to: a. b. c. d.

While this inlbrmation does not provide the identig of the account holder rvhieh is Privacy Act protected. it is beneficial in determining if a suspect social security number is being used fraudulently or being misused by someone other than the righttul account holder rvithout violating the provisions of the Privac-v Act. lf the Social Securit.v Adrninistration should refuse to provide the requested infonnation, a court order directing the relea-se of the aforernentioned non identifuing information u,ould be useful and beneficial in determining if a particular social securit,v number rvas being misused in violation of Title 42 United States Code, Section 408(aX7XB), a iblony cognizable under the larvs of the United States.
