Analyze customer contract and contract summary sheet and prepare order paperwork to

be used by transaction processing group to enter contract details into appropriate order processing systems. Coordinate and communicate the requirement for consolidated billing and special billing instructions. Request creation of contract, credit/rebill and provide information/update to end requestors. Generating invoices, credit memo, enrolling new deals by creating agreements and contracts. Process all billing requests in accordance with the contract (HW/SW and Services) Core Competencies: Flexibility to shifts is a pre-requisite. Good communication skills ( oral and written ) Good problem solving and client interaction skills Good Knowledge of MS-Office and Visio Strong time management skills An eye for detail and organizational skills Ability to follow defined processes, adapt to process changes and work autonomously with authenticity and integrity Team player / Ability to work in a team Manage Field and end customer expectation. concerned parties Analysis and replication of issues faced by clients to provide best solution to clients in a timely manner Queue reviews, take care of backlog, customer satisfaction surveys to ensure quality and efficiency of support Work effectively with international team members to provide seamless service to clients Apply company policies and procedures required to process highly sensitive and confidential transactions.
