PREFACE

I have really enjoyed working on this project. In the starting phase, I found this work difficult, but with ample guidance of all staff members of the SKYLEAD CHEMICAL LIMITED, BHAVNAGAR. I was able to complete my work successfully.

It is the responsibility of the Management of an organization to guide each newly joined individual to remove his anxiety in an organizational environment and help him in settling down. In this project I have covered the aspect relating to training followed by the management of an organization. Under this study I have put in my best efforts to make this project successful. While working on this project I got exposure to the training practice use by the organization.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This summer project report is prepared at SKYLEAD CHEMICAL LIMITED. at Surat on RATIO ANALYSIS as a part of curriculum of the MBA program. I have selected this topic to measures the financial position of the company and firm profit ability as well as its credit policy with the help of ratio analysis. Ratio analysis is a widely used of financial analysis. It is defined as the systematic use of ratio to interpret the financial statements so that strengths and weakness of a firm as well as its historical performance and current financial condition can be determined.

The main Objectives are:

To To To To To To To know the financial condition of the company. know the strength and weakness of the company know that company has enough asset compare to its liabilities study inventory management. study companys ability to earn profit compare to its sales analyze the liquidity position of the company. study receivable management and companys credit policy.
