Cost of such testing and reports to be included in the rates. As built electrical drawing to be submitted. All types of light fittings, fans, switch gear etc shall be approved by the Engineer prior to installation, by providing a sample. Electrical Items (MCB, RCCB etc.) without an accredited agent in SriLanka shall not be accepted and guarantee cards (Fans etc.) should be provided from Accredited agent when necessary. MCB shall be minimum 5kA breaking capacity. All wiring shall be in PVC conduits.
