 Co-led “Above the Clutter” CMO campaign (ibm.com/think-cmo) resulting in 178M+ impressions,
58k+ video views, 13k+ website views and 1k+ new social followers.
 Lead external content campaign to boost contributions from clients, BPs and influencers, 32% of our
content was external in 1H 2016 versus 9% before I joined.
 Create and lead monthly editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content and messaging
published across our channels, publishing 150+ articles quarterly driving 15k+ views and 1k+ leads.

Built platform so that media publishers can provide personalized email newsletters to readers
 Received a prestigious $20k grant and fellowship with the Reynolds Journalism Institute to partner

Content Marketing Manager, IBM MobileFirst
Responsible for all content and messaging worldwide for IBM's cross-brand mobile initiatives, one of CEO
Ginni Rometty's top four priorities for the company.
 Led cross-brand initiative integrating messaging and content creation of more than 10 brands and 50
offerings, consisting of hosting weekly messaging calls and closely partnering with dozens of product
marketing managers to strategically position our mobile capabilities across the company.

2012 – 2014

Founder and Managing Editor, Innovative Interactivity
Launched and subsequently sold the site, brand and social entities five years later to the School of
Journalism and Mass Communication at UNC Chapel Hill.
 Created marketing campaign leading to 85,000 visitors from 177 countries in 2011.
 Turned site profitable in 2010 with affiliate marketing and direct advertisers.
 Remotely managed 16 guest bloggers and a daily Spanish editor.
 Researched and wrote more than 600 posts in four years.

 Redesigned and re-launched the “Services and Warranty” portal of Lenovo’s website.
