Take a look at collegiate upperclassmen in America. Good kids, lots of ideas, not so many opportunities, copious amounts of Facebook and Twitter (20-40hrs/wk). So if you were that college student and I told you there was a cool new company that educates and trains business minded grads right out of college to earn $60K a year facebook-ing. What would you think? If I said it was the company's goal to create the largest network of young entrepreneurial talent in the World. Would you be interested? The problem seems difcult to solve but easy to understand. America and the rest of the World need more jobs, wouldnt you agree? Thousands of collegiate students across the globe are currently investing their time and money into the hope of a decent ROI from organized education. But the fact of the matter is that there are less quality jobs available than there are educated young adults. This is bad. Potentially wasteful. So where does the talent go when it has been underutilized and overlooked due to lack of appropriate opportunity? If the answer is no where, then our future economy will be less plentiful than our current. Scary. We must create a global system to extract, harness and utilize fresh local talent. Baby boomers control majority of business, but have become corporate frugalists due to the current state of the economy. Companies trim quality growth opportunities to save money. But what does that mean to the newly degreed, in-debt and unemployed 23 year old grad? For every quality growth opportunity absorbed or cut, is talent out of work and an early professional career never nurtured. Is corporate frugality creating a generation of inexperience and ill-prepared? Its unavoidable that at some point boomers will look to younger generations to be successors of industry and business. But in order for continued growth and success the transition needs to be seamless and successors need to be prepared. So what if there was a global system that could extract, harness and utilize local talent while creating thousands of permanent jobs around the world, provide valuable and relevant work experience, all the while growing local business? By actively recruiting on college campuses Social Entre will consistently secure competitive talent as interns, then walk students through the process of becoming licensees. Collegiate recruiting will prove to be successful because students are knowledgable about the community the live in and most likely already have relationships with local businesses on or near campus (potential clients). Not too mention they were raised in an era where social media is a the primary form of communication. College campuses are sustainable economies on their own. No matter the economic state of nations, education will be strongly encouraged and important. There will always be a consistent ow of students on college campuses around the World that depend on the products and services of local business. The market will never die, so neither will the need for marketing, this is where Social Entre plays a vital role. Todays young adults posses certain talents and understandings the generation before them do not. They are equipped with valuable business skills they dont even know they have. Social Entre extracts these certain talents within individuals in order to build the condence to use those valuable skills as leverage to grow a rewarding career. 200 quality jobs across America will be the immediate result. 50 states multiplied by 4 independent Social Entre agents each, will be hired and licensed in the rst 6 months. By year 3 there are expected to be over 5,000 independent Social Entre agents providing cost-effective online marketing solutions for small and local businesses around the World. The success of Social Entre will be measured by licensee retention, number of internship applicants and feed back from university and client surveys. If the number of business licenses issued and internship applicants consistently grow, the program is proven successful. Universities and small business clients will participate in surveys to provide the necessary data in order to maintain and ensure the highest level of quality. Surveys will be submitted online by business owners and collegiate admissions advisors on a quarterly basis. Results will be collected, analyzed and published. The anticipated total budget for this project is very low considering what accomplishments can be made and solutions provided. However, it does require fast action. Social Media Franchising & Licensing has not been yet introduced to the World. In order for Social Entre to make a positive impact on the World community and work on a global scale, an appropriate roll out program must be in place and acted upon quickly.
