Treasurer’s Report - Kevin Fitzgerald reported that income looks good and there are no big
expenses at this time. A Motion was made by Paula Pfaller and seconded by Joyce Pindel to file
the Treasurer’s Report as reported. Motion carried. Filed as reported.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Building and Maintenance - The shed in the cemetery was cleaned out and all the different
furnaces were maintained. The date for Christmas decorating at St. James Place is set for
Monday, December 19, at 8:30 AM. Help from our parishioners is needed.

Religious Education - Pam Springstroh, our Religious Education Director, reported – Adult
Religious Education classes will begin soon. “Mary, A Biblical Walk with the Blessed Mother”
will run for eight 8 weeks starting Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 6:00 PM. Another study,
“No Greater Love, Christ’s Passion” will run for five weeks starting Tuesday,
February 28, 2023. For more information, contact Pam at (920) 229-6843. At this time, all
classes are held at St. John’s in Princeton. Pam thanked St. James Parish in conjunction with
Paula and Dick Pfaller for providing an evening meal for the attendees during the last sessions.

Council of Catholic Women - The CCW has their Holiday Raffle Baskets on display in church.
This year they have put together even more baskets than earlier years! You can purchase tickets
before and after Mass, with the drawing to take place Sunday, November 27, (immediately
following the 9:30 AM Mass). On November 11 the American Legion sponsored an event to
honor our war heroes on Veteran’s Day at St James Place. The CCW ladies provided coffee and
snacks to those who attended. The CCW also collected and sent out 33 Boxes of Joy for
Cross Catholic Outreach. A Box of Joy is a Christmas shoebox packed with toys, school supplies,
clothing, and hygiene items and sent out to children in developing countries.

Liturgy - We have had five new families sign up for membership this fall at St James. Some of
these families have volunteered to help in many different areas within the church. One of the
new families suggested we have coffee and donuts or pizzas after Mass. They felt it would give
new and old members a chance to meet. This coming weekend, St. James will be having coffee
and donuts after each Mass.

Needy will be held every other month during the winter season.
