R - Reflexes, hyperreflexia, or areflexia (flaccid)

HYPERNATREMIA

F - Fever (low grade), flushed skin R - Restless (irritable) I - Increased fluid retention and increased BP E - Edema (peripheral and pitting) D - Decreased urinary output, dry mouth
